Central Valley’s Family of Bodhisattvas

In the summer of 2002, Steven Voon walked into the Fresno Tzu Chi Service Center and said he wanted to become a volunteer. A few years earlier, Steven had met Olivia Chung and the two had exchanged wedding vows.
