Tzu Chi Educational Services, Tzu Chi Foundation, Monrovia Great Love Preschool & Kindergarten has an immediate opening for Preschool Bilingual (Chinese Mandarin/ English) Teacher. The Bilingual Teacher is responsible for promoting Tzu Chi educational mission. Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Bilingual in Chinese and English will be a plus. And also be able to work on weekends to fulfill position duties. In addition, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record and a valid related requirement license is needed. Must pass the Department of Justice background check.

Title: Preschool Bilingual (Chinese Mandarin/ English) Teacher

Job Description:
      1. Language proficiency in both Chinese and English

2.      At least 1 years of Preschool/kindergarten teaching experience

3.      Have some educational background in early childhood development

4.      Be able to design curriculum and activities for preschoolers

5.      Teacher credential or permit for preschoolers preferred

Education: Degree in Education or related field with at least 12 ECE Units

Experience: Have some educational background in early childhood development

Strong leadership, management and organizational skills.
The ability to select, develop and motivate staff and create a positive work environment.
The ability to resolve problems quickly and effective and determining appropriate courses of action.
Must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly learn the use of new software applications and technologies.
