Tzu Chi emergency relief team visited IHCD in Port-Au-Prince
On February 1, the Tzu Chi emergency relief team visited IHCD (Institute for Human and Community Development) in the city of Tabarre in Port-Au-Prince. They distributed relief goods to more than 700 low-income families along with the wishes and prayers from Tzu Chi volunteers around the globe.
